Demoting a user to a guest

Is there a way to change a User’s role to be a Guest?I have a User who was originally a Guest.  As the Owner, I promoted them to be a User.  I would now like to demote them back to a Guest (so that I can have the User license go to someone else). However, my only options appear to be that I can Deactivate or Remove them.  Do I need to Remove them and have them join or be invited back as a guest?  Is that the only way?It’s interesting that I can promote a Guest to be a User or Admin, but I cannot demote a User back to a Guest.

Does slido force updated client?

Can we safely disable auto-update and use the outdated clients to access Slido?Any version check like ZOOM? It would be easier for the admin to manage the version if we disable auto update and manually push on a quarterly/semi-annually basis.

survey completion after an event

I had problems with wifi at an event today and could not complete the survey.  Can i share the survey with the attendees after the event?  I have tried and they are telling me it only allows them to answer one question.  They do not get the full survey.  I have paid for a full licence.  Can you help?  What am i doing wrong?

How do I group similar questions together in a Q&A session?

I am hosting an event and inviting staff to submit their questions a head of time. There are some questions that have been upvoted so they are popular and move to the top. There are other questions that have not been upvoted but are along the same lines as the upvoted question. Is there any way to display similar questions together during our live event?

How to create a formula for a reverse average in the ranking poll?

Hi!I have results from a ranking poll, in which the participants ranked 5 objects, on a 1-5 scale, where 5 was the most important, and 1 the least important.  The result I got is an average of each object, so:object 1 - 3.44, object 2 - 2.83… etc. What I am trying to  establish is:How many people voted object 1 as the most important (5 on the scale) How many people voted object 1 as 4 on the scale etc.Not sure if it's possible, but maybe you could share some ideas? Thank you!

I have the engage one-time plan, can I upgrade and only pay the difference?

I bough the engage package as a one-time purchase but now I’ve realised I need to go up a level to get the functionality I want. I thought I would be able to upgrade and pay the difference (£180 minus the £60 I’ve already paid, as I haven’t had teh event yet) but that doesn’t seem to be an option.We’re a small non-profit. Can anyone help?

Questions not showing up

Hello I'm new to Slido and have used it once before. I've created an event with one multiple choice and two questions. I can see them when I log into my account. However, when I enter the event code anonymously on my phone, the questions don't show up. Today's date falls within the event dates. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

ACTIVE POLL POST EVENT - NOT GOING BEYOND QUESTION 1

HolaI am new to Slido and used it for the first time this week - thank you, it’s great.I need to keep the survey active until Feb 2nd 2024 and when I embed the QR code or the direct link into our follow up email for participants to complete, it does not move beyond the first question.Can you help please?I need to get this email out ASAP so your swift response would be greatly appreciated.Thank you so much.Tanja

Need to allow people to respond to survey multiple times. Is it possible??

I would like to use a very brief Slido survey to get feedback from our internal clients after our team completes a project for them. I was thinking we'd keep it open throughout the year and periodically analyze the results. But I'm not sure it will work because it appears a respondent can only answer one time. However, we'll be doing multiple projects for the same group of people. Any creative ideas to accommodate what I'd like to do? Thanks.

Aggregate Analytics from multiple rooms

Hi,I have an event with multiple rooms and the same survey in all the rooms. When I go to Analytics view and select “All rooms” I’d expect to see all the aggregated data, but I still see it split by rooms. Is there a way to see the aggregated results for all the rooms?Thanks!

Display issues with poll sizes - can anyone help?

I have an ultrawide 34” monitor and when I put my ppt into Slideshow mode, I want my notes page to come up on my ultrawide for production. This means the slideshow display shows up on my laptop. This works great until I activate a slido and then it cuts the image off.  If, however, I active it reversed - with my notes page on my laptop and the display on my ultrawide, it shows normal.  Here’s what it looks like reversed. Help!
