Hello:  First time Slide user here.  I’m trying to send out via email the Slido poll to accumulate preliminary results...AND, then do a Live presentation for those attending the event.  When I just tried to send myself the link, I could only get one question to show.  Or, it gave me the message, “there are no live events.”   

Hi there, I noticed you are scrapping Slido Switcher, so I have a question regarding the integrated Powerpoint for Slido, which I’ve not really used.I have a Mac and prepare all slides using the Powerpoint app. I have the Slido integration for that, so I’m happy to prepare slides that way.However, before our events, we are often advised to send the slides to the venue, and run the slides using the venue’s laptop (usually a PC). My question is, will Slido work for me, using the integration on a new device, having prepared slides as above. Do I need to download the integration tool on the venue’s Powerpoint app for it to work {which I often cannot do, as there’s IT admins involved in downloading new things to a laptop and the laptop will not belong to me)?Thanks,

what level of detail is available with a paid tier.   I can get a list of individual responses to a ranking poll?

I cloned a meeting from 2025 and now the Welcome message for the meeting is showing last year’s details and not the details that I updated in the settings. Please help, my meeting is today and I don’t want to confuse our guests

Seems like the slido is allowing for only up to 7 days for a slido, suppose an Enterprise license should allow for more. 

I am running a survey with multiple questions.  One of them uses the “ranking” template.  When I am viewing preliminary results, I see 0.56, 0.37, 0.07.  How can I change the view format to percentages?Thank you!

Hi Slido Support, I created an event under my Basic/personal workspace, but I also have a Professional organization under the same account. Is it possible to move/migrate the existing event to the Professional organization without changing the current event link and QR code? Thank you!

I have a single event that I anticipate being more than 200 people, but less than 1000 in attendance. Is there any way to do a single event rate for closer to 500 people?

Dear Slido Team,I am contacting you regarding the use of Slido for interactive voting during an awards session at an upcoming conference.For this event, it is essential that each member of the assembly is able to vote only once, and that duplicate voting is prevented. When I try to use it during a presentation, only the QR code screen appears, but the question doesn't show up. This is happening with all of them. It works fine on the web version, so I don't understand what's going on. Can anyone help me understand what's happening? Thanks  

Hi,Is there a way to import questions in bulk?Need:I want participants to vote on one or more options I didn’t want to use the ‘Poll’ option because the options contain hyperlinks. The hyperlinks are clickable in Q&A but not in PollsIf there’s an option to make the hyperlinks clickable in polls, that helps too.Thanks!

Is there a way i can retrieve previous deleted Quiz slidos that were created in the last 3 months ??

Has anyone had issues with google slides where the menu bar that appears does not load, but keeps giving errors saying to reload again? Or that when you present the videos do not work when presenting with Slido? help!

Can a survey be prepared in two languages, with the same questions, and each participant using a different QR code to select the survey in either English or Chinese? The host would have a bilingual powerpoint with the survey in both languages? Can results be combined, or would there be two survey results for each language? 

In PowerPoint I’ve created a Multiple Choice question. Only one slide is created and only the question itself is on it. My answer options are not appearing. I shortened the question and answers thinking it might be a character limit issue, but it’s still not working. I can’t see anywhere that tells me if there even is a limit.Help?

Is there a way for the poll insights to not display the the number of participants who responded to the poll? And also to not display the number of people who voted for each poll option? Displaying the percentage of people that voted for each option (as it does to the right of the option) is fine. Thanks

Hi, Can you confirm if there is a limit to how many people can interact with a slido poll?  For example: if 900 people scan the qr code and interact in the poll, will all 900 people be able to do this or is there a user cap? thanks.

However, I accidentally deleted the Slido that had this plan applied.Could you please help me with one of the following:Restore the deleted Slido, or Transfer the purchased plan to a new Slido I createThis deletion was unintentional, and I have not used the plan yet. I would like to use the plan without making an additional payment.

I set up a survey where participants needed to enter their email address to respond. Looking for each persons ranked preferences for 5 options. Now when I look for the excel files of participants I get a numerical ID and theor email, but the file with their responses has a “Hashed ID” and no email….so i cant tell who provided which response (defeating the whole purpose of using slido for this task). Is there any way to match the responses to the emails without asking everyone to repeat the task??
