Hello I tested slido a few weeks ago with my private account. Now we have made a business account. But now I always get this message: I must be able to delete this link. I have deleted all surveys and even deleted my account. Nothing has worked.... Re-creating the PowerPoint is out of the question as there are over 100 pages. Thank you for your quick help. How can you limit participants to a single responses using SLIDO? We don't want people to be able to vote multiple times.
I purchased the one-time plan, I have about 40 questions to input, I have input 10 of them and it blocks me from putting in any more because it says I have exceeded the limit of I think it said 275 characters. Am I limited to a total of 275 characters in all my questions? That would kill the usability of the plan and I don't see that as having been disclosed in the pricing, though it may be in the fine print. Can I increase the number of characters?
Some weeks ago I added two polls. Later on, I looked in the results and they were there. Today the two polls were not visible anymore in my overview! Note: the link to the poll for users is still in operation (visible and when filled in, the number of responses grows). Hi team,Previously I have been using Slido to create event questionnaires for our events in mainland. But today, I found that I cannot access the survey from mainland - cannot open the joining link or slido.com from mainland. Is Slido blocked by the firewall? I plan to use Slido for a multiple choice quiz with about 40 questions of family trivia, to be presented at a family reunion with about 50 participants who will answer the questions on their iPhones. I have 2 questions: Can I put a Leader Board on the screen at the end, showing what 3 participants got the most questions correct? Also, can I make the participants' screen have background color or anything else like that to make the questions look more appealing, instead of just a white background and black lettered questions? Hi! We’re using Slido in Google Slides but in the recent months the loading time is way too long. Are we the only ones dealing with this issue? When we use the integrated extension it takes forever and a day until it is ready to insert something. Any ideas why that is?
When I open a PowerPoint file used in a past lecture, the Slido event linked to that file automatically gets activated. For instance, if I use lecture materials from a year ago as reference materials for this year's lecture, the event frequently gets activated. Please advise me on how to avoid this issue.

I’m not using it during a presentation, instead emailing it out to a a group for their feedback. AI tools are not always useful for question posing. In fact, many scenarios exist that make it counter-productive, topic-wise, group-wise, competence-wise, objectives-wise, etc.How can I remove the AI tools from Q&A? Thanks.
If more than one answer is selected as ‘correct answer’ in quiz creation, does that automatically require all correct answers to be selected to count as ‘correct’?Not seeing any settings to adjust if not automatic.Thanks

Hi there, I have just created a survey for an awards presentation but have realised that its making my staff put the nominations in order. I just want to be able to put my nominations on there and have everyone using slido to be able to pick one so we can see theres a clear winner. Is it possible to change this? Or do I have to start from scratch?
