We’ve recently run into an issue with the Slido application following the renewal of the registered application certificate. Users are currently unable to log in via SSO and are receiving the error shown below.The SSL certificate has been successfully renewed and is active in the SAML SSO configuration, but the issue persists. Would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this.

I can create a multiple-answer Word Cloud poll, but within a Survey, the multiple-choice option seems to disappear. Is there a way to allow multiple Word Cloud answers within a Survey?

Hi, i’m new. I have an event with ppt presentations and I am about to buy a new plan in order to have more than 3 polls available. since i may have to present the ppt the day after the one of the event, does Slido consider it one event - meaning I can use the same pools I prepared - or do I need to consider it another different event? Hi,with the premium plan, I am going to be running a Q&A with mutliple panels and moderators.How many users/logins can you have under your premium plan? 

It is the first time i use slido and i am doing some tests.yesterday i put the privacy settings so that participants need to enter name and email address (without passcode). all worked well. We tested, and participants could get in.Today i did the same test but the system is sending a code to the email address of the participant  who has to 1/go to his email 2/copy/paste the code to get inI don’t want that,why is this happening?thanks for your help

I just purchased a Slido one-time membership for an event scheduled on December 11th and 12th, which is more than 7 days away. Will my membership expire before I get to use it? Could you please clarify?

I use SLIDO to conduct an assessment test at the end of my training courses. But participants often ask me, ‘Why don't we get our results immediately?’I can't use quiz mode because the questions don't advance automatically, and I can't set a timer because people work at different speeds.Do you have a solution?

I had Slido v1.18.0.6804 installed and worked well in powerpoint. After I quit Powerpoint, it updated to V1.18.0.6918 and is no longer working. The ribbon button is not showing properly and nothing happens when I click it  When I run the slideshow, the startup slide presents like thisinstead of the showing the QR code. The palette is also not showing. I have my presentation in two weeks.

I have a preexisting Slido, and polling slides inserted into a PowerPoint deck. I went away for a week and now the green icon no longer appears and my work appears “dead.” I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, all to no avail. Help?

HII have paid for a one off upgrade yet my account is still at Basic and i cant proceed further with creating my Slido beyond 3 Q’s ! Any suggestions please

Is there a way to separate analytics by a set time period, for example by quarter for a Slido that's running for a whole year?

when I push the green arrow on the second question, the first one turns white. I would like the participants to see answers to both questions. 

I would like to have a couple of poll questions be asked at the same time. I put them in “survey” to do that. I selected Poll Settings for each and selected “Mark Correct Answer” (which I did). However, when practicing and viewing the Participant View, I cannot get the answer to be revealed. I close the voting, then choose the eye so that the answer is shown, but it never is. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi, I added 2 colleagues to collaborate on the slido so that they can be autonomous. I did last week and today I does not work for them. they need to request access today again to be able to run the slido. This is very annoying please tell us clearly how to proceed. Thanks 

Hello, i want to ask whats best use case for conference.We want use Q&A for every presentation, maybe with some pools integration.Is it necessary to make each one slidos separately (and then prepare and print login info + QR codes) or is there any other solution how to do it?Thanks in advanceMartin Z.

I’m new to Slido - I’m curious if Slido could be used for a Live Virtual Family Feud type situation. My idea is that on a Zoom call, i’d ask a group of 300 people to answer a Family Feud style question where there will be multiple “top” answers (ex. Name foods that go with peanut butter.)  Once everyone has answered, i’d show the poll, revealing the top answers….. and then i’d like to take the names of anyone that answered with the top answer into a Wheel of Names to spin for a prize.  So my question is:If the Slido question has many of the same answers (like the question above), does Slido have the capability to group same responses and show percentages or # of responses? (and if so, will the presenter be able to pull the names of the most popular answer?)

First time Slido user here, please be gentle.I have paid the one-time Engage Plan to use in a Slido event, it did load at first but I cannot see it anymore. My account has reverted back to Basic. I have the Slido event “EMEA Procurement Team Meeting Oct25” created but my account asks me to pay anew. Help please? Thanks

Hey there! Is there a way to generate a ranking question from the top word cloud responses automatically?

THe minimum timer for questions in Quizz mode is 10 seconds, however, I would like to change it to 5 seconds so how can i do this please?
