Last year we had a big Q&A and with (the old?) Slido, we had the possibility to highlight a remark at the top of all questions. Not only a highlight, but an additional info box at the top for main announcements.How do you get to this; maybe I simply forgot.Thanks

Help needed please!I am currently using the basic plan and have a Slido poll in my PowerPoint presentation, which will be running at four events simultaneously. If there is one login, how do I ensure each presenter can get responses for their audience at their own event? Or do I need a different plan, such as Engage? Thanks.

How can I hide the total questions so participants cannot see?

I have two room options on my ranking question that I did not include in my question.  We are using Slido for a conference so many speakers have access to the same Slido account, so perhaps someone else did something to my question.  How do I change it so there is only one room? Currently, when participants  go to rank the items, they have to select a room first.  Any assistance or suggestions welcome.

I use to be able to show the results of poll in a Pie chart view, but now can’t seem to be able to do it, anyone know? 

Hello,We held a Slido Q&A earlier this week and at the top of the question list, it showed the “Stan” label that could be selected to filter those questions.How do you enable this feature? We are setting up another Q&A and want to include this feature so that people can filter by label.  

I have access to an existing slide show created in PPTX and uploaded to Google Slides.  I do not believe it has been converted to native Google Slides.  I am not the PPTX or Google Slide Show version owner.  I have been asked to add a word cloud or poll to one of the slides.  I am an editor on the slide show and I have a paid Slido account but I cannot get the Slido extension to show on the slide show even though I am logged in.  How can I use my paid account with an existing slide show not owned by me?  Earlier this week I had to create my own Google Slide Show, copy all of the slides over, and then I could use Slido with the presentation.  Surely there is an easier way?

Is possible to measure response time for each answer?

I have a list of 25 questions in a poll and somehow the position of the first two questions has changed.  I have tried to click and slide the question, with no success.  Is this option not available on the Basic plan.  I suspect it is, since the first two questions have swapped positions, but I don’t know how to fix it

I have tried to reset my password, but never get the email. I can’t change the email address as it asks for the password which is my GOOGLE SSO. Help.

Haven’t found a way to print survey questions as a back up if live system failed or wifi goes out. Is there a way to print as a list? 

The font is so big on the question and answer choices. Isn’t there a way for it to auto-resize to fit to the screen? It’s problematic when using presenter view in PowerPoint because you can’t scroll. It’s fine on a participant’s device, but problematic for the presenter.

How do I export the list of questions I have created in a slido without answers? Ie. I have built a slido with 30 poll questions using multiple choice, rating questions etc. and I want to export the list of questions without any answers so I can use the questions in other materials. I need to share the questions with the leader to confirm they are happy with them before I host the focus groups. 

I am going to purchase a one time professional plan, before that I want to know whether I will be able to add co hosts to my slido.

I cannot find my old Slido polls to reuse. How can I find them and use them again?

Is it possible to to create a slido survey which is not connected to a call? We just want to send out a survey via webex teamspace and collect the data?  I have done this in the past using microsoft forms but wonder if Slido has the same capacity?Thanks 

Is there a maximum number of responses allowed for a poll? (In total, not per user.)  I’m running an event for a large org with over 30,000 users and want to ensure that all poll responses will be captured. 

I cannot add cohosts or collaborators to my webinar.  Please advise. 

Hi everyone!We recently noticed that the Q&A feature in Slido isn’t enabled by default in the new interface.For our organization, having Q&A on by default is essential, as it’s a big part of how we engage in meetings and events. I’m not very familiar with the technical side of things - can someone advise if there’s a way to set this up so Q&A is automatically on for all Slido sessions, instead of having each person enable it individually?

Hi Slido team! I’m a new license owner and I’m seeing different roles like Member, Admin, Owner, and Guest in Slido. I’m not really sure what each of these roles can do or where I can find more info about them. Can anyone explain what these roles mean and how I can best manage them?
