Why am I seeing this message when I've logged onto my PowerPoint: ‘The slido assigned to this presentation has been deleted.’ And where do I find it to retrieve it?Also, the random question used to generate from my powerpoint depending on what page I was on. This is not giving me the option anymore, can anyone help please?

A few months back, I heard there were plans to build a Slido integration for Prezi.It appears its not there yet, but was wondering if there are any work-around integrations to build it in yet.Thanks in Advance for any help.Tony

How do I share a link to my participants 

Hi there, I am using Slido on my Macbook with Powerpoint for Mac and the Slido integration. When I do a multiple choice question and I select a correct answer in the question settings, the correct answer is immediately shown in the live poll (when I show the results “on click”). I would like to show the results of the audience first, without directly showing the correct answer. Actually I would to click again to show the answer. Is there a way to do this? Alternatively, can you create a button like “show correct answer on click”? Thanks, Tim

Hello I am May and I am new here.😊 Can you please share me the solution?I have created a few items of multiple choices to play with my students. However, I could not find the setting botton to manage a time duration for each item.When I tried to present my work or to check my multiple choice quiz as a participant. It does not  give the time like 5 to 10 or more seconds of each item before we move to the next item, but it suddenly shows the result.  Thank you so muchMay

I made a Slido with a bunch of multiple choice (MC) questions.  I realized that I want the users to be able to answer several questions without me having to present them individually (as in a survey). Is there a way to migrate my already created MC questions into the survey, or am I required to re-create the questions in the survey?

Hello, During a meeting in Teams, is there an option to have more than one poll open for participants to vote in? It seems to only allow interactions with one poll at a time?  Thank you in advance, Prisca 

Hi! We used to be add multiple questions to one poll. For example you could scroll down and answer multiple questions at the same time. Is this no longer a feature?

I have been assigned as a guest to a Slido by my client so that I can create polls for his event. I have an account on Slido, which was invited by the client. However, whenever I log into Slido, I can briefly see the page of the assigned Slido account, but after 2–3 seconds, I am automatically logged out and redirected to the login page. How can I prevent this? I have tried using both MS Edge and Safari.

When I share the present mode as a host, instead of staying on the screen where it just shows the QR code (and give people time to join and setup), it immediately jumps into the first poll question with the QR code on the left side. How do I stop it from doing that?

Hi,what subscription plan do I need if I want to have a slido question leading to a wordcloud answer in my powerpoint presentation while I am presenting?I guess it doesn’t work with the free plan. Which plan do I need to have two such wordcloud slides in my presentation?Thanks & kind regards

Last year we had a big Q&A and with (the old?) Slido, we had the possibility to highlight a remark at the top of all questions. Not only a highlight, but an additional info box at the top for main announcements.How do you get to this; maybe I simply forgot.Thanks

Help needed please!I am currently using the basic plan and have a Slido poll in my PowerPoint presentation, which will be running at four events simultaneously. If there is one login, how do I ensure each presenter can get responses for their audience at their own event? Or do I need a different plan, such as Engage? Thanks.

How can I hide the total questions so participants cannot see?

I have two room options on my ranking question that I did not include in my question.  We are using Slido for a conference so many speakers have access to the same Slido account, so perhaps someone else did something to my question.  How do I change it so there is only one room? Currently, when participants  go to rank the items, they have to select a room first.  Any assistance or suggestions welcome.

Hello,We held a Slido Q&A earlier this week and at the top of the question list, it showed the “Stan” label that could be selected to filter those questions.How do you enable this feature? We are setting up another Q&A and want to include this feature so that people can filter by label.  

I have access to an existing slide show created in PPTX and uploaded to Google Slides.  I do not believe it has been converted to native Google Slides.  I am not the PPTX or Google Slide Show version owner.  I have been asked to add a word cloud or poll to one of the slides.  I am an editor on the slide show and I have a paid Slido account but I cannot get the Slido extension to show on the slide show even though I am logged in.  How can I use my paid account with an existing slide show not owned by me?  Earlier this week I had to create my own Google Slide Show, copy all of the slides over, and then I could use Slido with the presentation.  Surely there is an easier way?
