I have created an Slido account and made a one-time upgrade for the Engage plan.I try to create a poll and when i want to add the 4th multiple choice question the system suggests I should upgrade. This is supposed to be included in the Engage Membership. I have tried to duplicate, log in again and create new polls but the error keeps up. Maybe someone can help? It is a bit urgent since I need to create a poll for an event next week. Many thanks 

Hi, We’re running a roundtable event soon that will have two distinct stakeholder groups present in the room. We want to pose a similar, but slightly different, question to each of these stakeholders and then show the results of these questions in two words clouds displayed side by side. Is it possible to do this with the Slide Powerpoint integration or even just in standalone Slido? Many thanks.

I can't setup leaderboard for any questions or even at the end of quiz. I have a basic plan, do I need to upgrade to engage or other plans?

I have set up a survey for only Participants with a specified email address. Is it possible to receive an automatic email from Slido that lets me know that the specified Participant has completed my survey?  This would same me time checking that they have completed the survey.

What do participants see if they’re trying to access a slido, but we have already reached the participant limit?I’m looking to purchase a one-time plan for an event with an audience of around ~1000 people, so the Professional plan would be a good fit. What does it mean “My current plan” is "Webex”, compared to regular Slido pricing plans and what are the limitations? I am not able to find any definition for this.  

I am attempting to configure participant SSO via Okta. I already have Member SSO in place however, the documentation is suggesting that in order for participants to log in and ask questions they must use the separate integration.  There is no pre-built Okta integration for Participants so I’d like to know what I need to enter for the following:  Single sign-on URL  Audience URI (SP Entity ID) Secondary to the above question, is there an option to leverage the existing IDP connection used for Members to allow participant login?

Hello,I’m new to Slido and have held two in-person events where I ran into the same problem. I added the QR code to my paper agendas, as well as my welcome slide in PowerPoint, urging attendees to answer the first question as they got settled in their seats. Throughout my morning prep time, I noticed the first question seemed to “time out” or go inactive. I made sure I engaged/activated the question about 30 minutes prior to the event start time but had to do that several times. What am I doing wrong? Thanks! 

I have 53 students and I want them to take a quiz like a quiz.  At their own pace.  How can I assign them to take the quiz and not have to wait on the questions? 

Hi, I want to use a team assessment that rates responses - 1 = Rarely, 2 = Sometimes, 3 = Usually.  There are 15 statements responses are analysed by groups i.e 4, 6, 12. Total…….1, 7, 10  Total…...3,8,13.   Total…….Is there a way of presenting totals like this across multiple polls?

Has anyone been able to compare the results of one poll with those of another? For example, I want to collect the audience’s political affiliations in the first poll. Then, I want to ask them to select their top two values from a list. Then I want to show the percentages of Democrats, Republicans, and Independents who selected x value, y value, etc. I thought it would be possible in analytics, but I don’t see an option to break down the results or to filter.Thanks!

I am trying to run the same poll question - with a word cloud result - in 10 different slido rooms at the same time. I want to give teachers each the link and QR code and they can share it with the different classes. I am having trouble having more than one poll room active at the same time. I would also ideally like each class (Slido room) to have a unique QR code/link to minimize the chance that participants accidentally pick the wrong one. Help appreciated!

Hi, I can’t find a way to use a poll in several different slidos. I can duplicate them, but then I just have two polls in the same slido and that doesn`t help me.What can I do?

Hi I have just created a Powerpoint presentation and added a Slido quiz, but when I present, the participants from a past presentation show up.  How do I remove the participants please?

Can I copy/paste or drag/drop questions I have created in one quiz into a different quiz?  I don't want to have to type out the multiple choice quiz questions over again.

We did a SLIDO a few days ago, and when it was running we could see all the answers - maybe like 20.  Now when we go back there are only a few.  What happened to them and is there a way to get those responses back?  

I paid for the one time event plan, but its telling me I can only make 1 quiz.  What am I doing wrong?

There have been a few instances lately where private replies to a question that has not been published can be viewed by participants. The questions have been set to Moderator On, but this still occurs from time to time. Why is this and is there a setting to ensure that this does not continue to occur? 

I want to higlight the question and show the answers in the presnetation moe. is that possible?
