Is there a way i can retrieve previous deleted Quiz slidos that were created in the last 3 months ??

Has anyone had issues with google slides where the menu bar that appears does not load, but keeps giving errors saying to reload again? Or that when you present the videos do not work when presenting with Slido? help!

Can a survey be prepared in two languages, with the same questions, and each participant using a different QR code to select the survey in either English or Chinese? The host would have a bilingual powerpoint with the survey in both languages? Can results be combined, or would there be two survey results for each language?

In PowerPoint I’ve created a Multiple Choice question. Only one slide is created and only the question itself is on it. My answer options are not appearing. I shortened the question and answers thinking it might be a character limit issue, but it’s still not working. I can’t see anywhere that tells me if there even is a limit.Help?

I’m on the free plan and want to create a quiz, but am unsure if enough people will be able to join

Is there a way for the poll insights to not display the the number of participants who responded to the poll? And also to not display the number of people who voted for each poll option? Displaying the percentage of people that voted for each option (as it does to the right of the option) is fine. Thanks

I have a colleague I want to add as a collaborator but when I try to add him he comes up as a ‘deactivated user’. How can I correct this?

When there are several question items, how can participants view the next question Also, please tell me how to set it up

I have a question that has to have 10 potential answer options, and participants need to choose the five correct answers. How do I create the question so that participants don’t need to scroll to see all of the options? (Multiple choice or survey, using with PPT)

Hi, Can you confirm if there is a limit to how many people can interact with a slido poll?  For example: if 900 people scan the qr code and interact in the poll, will all 900 people be able to do this or is there a user cap? thanks.

Is it possible to add a clickable link to an announcement? For example, the link to an online programme at a conference.

Hello,I recently purchased the Private: one-time plan for my Slido event. However, I accidentally deleted the Slido that had this plan applied.Could you please help me with one of the following:Restore the deleted Slido, or Transfer the purchased plan to a new Slido I createThis deletion was unintentional, and I have not used the plan yet. I would like to use the plan without making an additional payment.

I set up a survey where participants needed to enter their email address to respond. Looking for each persons ranked preferences for 5 options. Now when I look for the excel files of participants I get a numerical ID and theor email, but the file with their responses has a “Hashed ID” and no email….so i cant tell who provided which response (defeating the whole purpose of using slido for this task). Is there any way to match the responses to the emails without asking everyone to repeat the task??

Hello, I am trying to use the Slido feature in my Powerpoint presentation. But when I log in, it says that I am set up as a “guest” and cannot Create slidos. How do I change my profile so that I can create my own slidos?

I’m exploring Slido for use at a large conference where multiple concurrent sessions would each have their own Slido. I had a quick question I haven’t been able to find a clear answer to.If presenters are invited into Slido to upload their presentation files and manage their session content, would they be able to see other presenters’ presentations or Slido questions? We want to ensure that each presenter’s materials remain private and are only accessible to them and us as the host. Thanks in advance for your help!

I am support a conference. We will have 4 sessions happening at the same time, in various time blocks. We have created a separate rooms for each session. How do I allow for all the polls (mostly multiple choice) to be live or able to engage with the participants at the same time? Is there a button I can turn on to activate all the rooms within the same timeblock? and within those rooms, all the polling questions be ready to recieve submissions? I will not be able to be in each room and activate individual poll questions as we get to them in the presentation.

Hi everyone,I’d like to check whether it’s possible to embed Slido into a Microsoft SharePoint page using code (for example, an embed code or iFrame). Is this currently supported, or are there any recommended approaches? Thanks in advance.

If I’m holding 5 separate in-person meetings at the same time and moderators want to utilize slido, is it possible to create and run 5 different events, each with unique polls, at the same time?

While there may be use cases where it is helpful, for many years we’ve been using Slido as a simple and easy way to gather questions from the audience for Q&A.So it’s frustrating when we find out (when our users complain) that a new feature like 'Question AI' has been added, which the users have not agreed to allow to process their data as part of participating in the event, and there’s no obvious way to disable it in the settings!New features like this should really default to disabled (but by all means tell us about them, just don’t enable by default!), and should be able to be disabled by the admin for an event (without having to contact support) from the regular settings dialog on a per-event basis for one-time paid plans.(currently it seems to only be able to be disabled organization-wide, and only for paid recurring plans, and shows up by default on paid one-time / single-event plans….)

HI there, we have this practice of sharing safety contacts every week in our company. To increase employee engagement, I want tp use slido for quizes on them. can I make them automatic such that answers and leadboard are reveled to participants on their device for 3days?

I want to know as a free plan user, how many participants can online live polls hold?

Good morning, how can I change the entire Slido environment to German? Is that even possible? Guten Morgen, wie kann ich die Gesamtumgebung von Slido auf die deutsche Sprache umstellen? Geht das überhaupt?

Hi there, May I know if I try the basic plan with less than 100 participants, will there be a limit to how many questions have been sent?

I am trying to edit questions for my current Q & A  and feedback poll which i created in previous slido, but i can’t find where to edit them. How do i go on about this?

Hello, I am trying to implement Slido into my website using an iframe. But I can't seem to find an option that allows users to change language. I want users to freely choose their desired language instead of changing it from my side. Is it possible?
