Solved

I purchased a one-time plan, and I wanted to start over, so I deleted the plan I was working on, not realizing that the plan was activated on that particular slido. How do I go about reassigning my one time plan to a new slido? My plan was only active for about 5 minutes. Thank you.

The situation is I will ask 1 question, then will give the prize for 1st winner and the 15th winner, so can the system show 20 winner on the same page? so all participants can see what order they are.if it cannot show 20 winner , how many winner the system can show in 1 page? I saw Kahoot show only 1st, 2nd, 3rd , does Slido show only 3 winners the same as Kahoot?

So, in Professional… when you create a Slido there is one link and one link only created. So, when you send it to your participants it’s all the same. But why when you put everyone’s email into Slido that is eligible to vote and you put all their emails into one email and you put the link into that email with all your other same information you need to get to those same conference attendees.  Why after I clicked on the link when received it took me to the page to enter the email and full name secure credentialing as it should and I submitted and then it said enter the code that was sent, and I went and found the code to that email address and entered it and it let that person of that email in.  And then I went back to click on the link expecting to start all over to enter the next email and name in the list and rinse and repeat.  But nooooo. It took me right back to Slido where I just was to the first person I had entered the information for.  So.  My client, my new client I have gotten

I want to create a quiz

I just opened my PowerPoint and saw the following message in the Slido bar. I’m not sure what to do.“Your version will soon expire. Please close PowerPoint and update before April 21, 2025 via slido.com/powerpoint-polling or contact your IT administrator.”

I want to export, in real time, my result to analyse them with ai and display them with external programs. how can i do that ? ?

I know my username but I don't know my password. It must be because I originally set up to login with Google.  But now I want a password in case I need to use another computer.  How can I get a password?

I understand how to use a co-host. My question is, if a colleague does NOT have slido installed on their system, can they still run a slido poll IF the owner has the poll open?

Hi , I’m searching how to find the names of the winners in a poll. When they create their name and answered the polls how do you see the evolutions of the winners , good answers in a poll?

How do I get the link to share with participants, so that they can join on the live quiz?

Hi Community,I previously had a paid account registered under the email address of my former employer, but I no longer have access to it. I'm currently using a new email and would like to transfer my paid subscription to this account.Could you please advise me on the best way to transfer or recover my subscription under my current email address?Any support or guidance would be greatly appreciated.Best regards,

Hi, hope you are doing well. We would like to know all Slido's domains involved in participant journey as we want them to be added to our internal whitelist. Can you help us with that?

I can see that the feature has not been available previously, but am I lucky that it is available now?

I have created 4 slidos and now they all need to be incorporated into a single presentation. How do I do this please?

Hello,I am a member of multiple spaces. When in a PowerPoint presentation, how do I switch into the desired space in order to populate the PowerPoint presentation with the correct set of polling questions? In other words, I’m trying to set up my PowerPoint but am currently “trapped” in a space I don’t want to be in. How to I switch to a different space? I’ve logged out of the PowerPoint and Slido. Then, logged back into Slido and re-opended the PowerPoint. Again, the PowerPoint populated with polls from the wrong space. Thanks!

I have a long quiz slido and I want to know if is possible to split the questions in consecutive powerpoints that belong to one unique training content. So, I want to keep people engaged in the competition through the training and I want to have a unique final leaderboard with the winners and a unique analytics. Is it possible? If the training lasts 3 days, can I have the same slido shared in these powepoints and still run the same competition? Is there some considerations to work like that? Thank you in advance.

Does the Engage level subscription allow me to run the same meeting six times? Each meeting will have a max of 50 participants.

I have different polls and quiz questions in different slidos and I want to use some of these questions in the same slido or powerpoint. How can I do it? I can’t find the way. Only can use 1 slido in a powerpoint at a time, so I want to create a new slido combining the questions I want from the different slidos but with the option “duplicate” I cannot migrate the question to another new slido. Can you help me?

Is it possible to convert already created Kahoot or Moodle tests into Slido questions?

I need to know If I can create a Slido/Event in a Basic free plan and upgrade it later according to a number of participants? We don't know if there will be 100 or 700 people attending yet. But we need a one-time license for it as soon as we get the number. So my question is if it is possible to first create the Slido/event, invite the people via the QR link and as soon as we know, how many will be willing to be online at the event, then to buy proper license for 60 or 240 EUR. Or how to deal with this?

Is it possible to highlight multiple questions at the same time in Slido Q&A? For example we have 20 questions that come through a slido in a webinar, and I would like the panelists/co-hosts to highlight questions to respond to live, but once a question is highlighted, if a panelist/co-host highlights a different question, it replaces the original highlighted question rather than showing 2 (or more) highlighted questions. Not sure if this is a setting that can be changed, or if it is not capable of this functionality.

Hello Slido team or anyone, really! I’m seriously considering upgrading to a higher-tier slido plan solely for word cloud color customization, but I want to confirm how it works before purchasing.Does the higher-tier plan allow me to customize word colors based on vote levels (e.g., more frequent words get specific colors)? Or are the words simply colored randomly within the theme colors? and if customization is possible, how do I set it up?Would love to hear from anyone who has used it! Thanks guys.

Hello, can I also get Slido in German?

I’m getting the following error messages when trying to run the latest installer.  My IT department and I have tried everything we can think of. Any ideas???

Dear Slido Support,I have created a quiz for my church congregation for the second week of the Great Lent. It consists of seven questions—one for each day’s Gospel reading—with four answer choices, including one correct answer.I activated the quiz but realized I need to manually run it. Is there a way to keep the quiz open so that anyone can click the link, answer the questions, and receive their results automatically, without my intervention? Ideally, it would function like a poll, allowing participants to take it at their convenience as a spiritual break. Please let me know if this is possible and how to set it up. Here is the quiz link:https://app.sli.do/event/wXTxu9TmFtPnepRd7454ir Thank you for your help!
