 I’m getting the following error messages when trying to run the latest installer.  My IT department and I have tried everything we can think of. Any ideas???   

Dear Slido Support,I have created a quiz for my church congregation for the second week of the Great Lent. It consists of seven questions—one for each day’s Gospel reading—with four answer choices, including one correct answer.I activated the quiz but realized I need to manually run it. Is there a way to keep the quiz open so that anyone can click the link, answer the questions, and receive their results automatically, without my intervention? Ideally, it would function like a poll, allowing participants to take it at their convenience as a spiritual break.Please let me know if this is possible and how to set it up. Hello Team, Is there a slido tool to add a randomizer or spinner?  Usecase: I use slido to drive in person and online participant engagement.  Is there a way to generate a random number?  or a spinner or some kind?  Thank you, Chef_dd

Is there a way that I can send a message as a moderator, to a speaker who has Slido open on stage?  We would both be logged into Slido, myself in the back of the room with the speaker on stage.

Hello,I would like to buy the Engage plan to create SLIDO presentations. After the annual plan is up  can I continue to use the SLIDO presentations I have created during the 12 months or will they be unusable for me in the future ?It takes quite some time and effort to prepare different SLIDO presentations ( for example in my powerpoint lectures)  and it would be really unacceptable to loose them or not to be able to continue to use them.Many thanks for your answer,Thomas  

Can we display the total number of correct answers for the whole quiz ?I found how to show the number of correct anserws to each question but I can't find how to present the final result of the quiz in terms of the total number of participants who answered correctly all the quiz questions 

I am having trouble understanding how to close a quiz once finished and have the results displayed with scores … !!! I’d like more info on how to make sure the participants all get their scores at the end. Please urgent, tomorrow I have a quiz for my company after 6 pm ECT

How do I stop presentations going to full screen when using PPT and presenting through Slido?When I’m delivering training in Teams (I’m an external trainer), the PPT presentation goes to full screen which means that I can’t see chat or the people in the meeting.  How can I stop it doing this?

I’m having trouble understanding if I will need to ask participants to use their name/not be anonymous when joining/answering questions if I want to link response answers over time + across questions to a single responder? I don’t care so much about knowing WHO exactly the responder is (i.e. I don’t really need to know their name per se), but I would like the ability to analyze after the fact observation such as “if Participants 1234, 555, and 789 answered “Choice B” on a question on day 1, they almost always chose “Choice D” on a related question on day 2” if that makes sense. Can someone help me understand if this type of analysis would be possible just based on the unique “Participant ID” column I saw in the example exported data screenshot?  Or will that “Participant ID” change across days or across usages such that this is not possible?

Hello,I have sucessfully downloaded Slido in my Windows. However, it appears as a red exclmation mark on the icon. When I try to login, it opens my browser asking me to login. When I click on my account and login in browser, the window in PowerPoint returns to ask me to sign in. Windows and Microsoft 365 are up-to-date. Tried different browser and restart the app & desktop.Thank you very much if anyone can help.

Is there a way to mark a question as answered or archived but keep it hidden from all attendees?

I need to conduct 3 voting cycles:Choosing a chairperson: there are 2 candidates, for each one the participants should mark if they are for the candidate, against him or abstain. Shortlisting members: there are 7 candidates, for each one the participants should mark if they are for the candidate, or they can decide not to mark anything. It should be possible to mark all 7 of them. Electing members: there are 5 candidates, for each one the participants should mark if they are for the candidate, against the candidate or abstain.All of the above should be conducted without anyone knowing what each person voted. I’d have to know when all of the participants had voted. I’ll have under 100 participants.Is the above possible on Slido? If so, will I have to join one of the paid plans?Thank you very much.

Hello SLIDO-Team,… we would like to confront our pilots with four questions, each of which they should answer after listening to different audio information. The question is always the same:  How would you feel in your respective roles in this situation? - But the previously varying audio information would influence how you answer. The four questions should be answered by a group of co-pilots and a group of captains so that the results can be compared and visualized at the end. Answers should be possible on a scale from 1 (very relaxed) to 5 (very tense). It would be great to use a "touch function" on the participants' cellphones to enter a value between 1 and 5 every time they vote so that at the end you get a comparison of two groups for four runs. How do I export survey results? I can see how I live present results, but can’t figure out how I can export / non-live sharing of results.

Hi, I was wondering if the following is possible, but can’t find anything. I want to run a poll during a presentation. However, once I go to a next slide, I want to keep the question open. I always have 1 “normal” slide and 1 polling slide. Is it possible that users can actually go back, once the new question is automatically displayed, but they want to keep adding their answer(s) to the prior question? Thank you! 

How do you change the link to a QR code?

We have an enterprise account with 3 users. Can i add other people to our team just as guests for free? Or do I need to add them as members? I’d like to invite people in our unit so that when they present, they could use our account.

We have a quiz question (has to be a quiz, not a multiple choice) that allows for multiple correct responses. Is there a way to restrict students to selecting only one option? If they choose more than 1, their score can exceed the maximum, and I have to fix by hand.

I have integrated questions and a poll into PowerPoint. The same PowerPoint will be shown to three different groups of people, one after another. If I reset the slido, will I lose all data or will it be archived somewhere? Or do I need to download data after each session, then reset, to get a fresh slate for the next group of attendees?

Using PowerPoint, how can I add a hard break in a Slido slide? Currently, when I hit enter, Slido ignores the line break and puts all the information in one paragraph.
