Hi, I would like to uninstall slido from power point. I don’t want to use it anymore, and I want it to be totally removed.I tried already to remove it from my App on my computer, but it didn’t delete it from PPT. I don’t want it at all aynmore. How can I do ? Thank you very much

How do you delete/hide the Leaderboard after a quiz round? (It automatically populated and doesn’t have a delete function in the three buttons to the right. 

We’d like to have multiple moderators for an event.  Where the 1st moderator has the job of watching/monitoring/approving the incoming questions on an iPad/device, and the 2nd moderator is the one that also has an iPad/device and is working off the “approved” list of questions (that the 1st moderator cleaned up for them).  Basically, to take pressure of the 2nd moderator and allow them to focus on speaking (letting the 1st moderator work silently in the background doing the work of the questions).  Is this scenario possible?  I am guessing it is, if all devices were logged into the same account simultaneously, etc. but wanted to double check.

I am wanting to run a post-slido survey, i am looking to ask around 5 questions. Ideally i would like to be able to send a link that would take the members to a 5 question open response survey. Is this possible and if so what membership would i need for this? Thanks in advance.

I purchased the one-time plan, I have about 40 questions to input, I have input 10 of them and it blocks me from putting in any more because it says I have exceeded the limit of I think it said 275 characters.   Am I limited to a total of 275 characters in all my questions? That would kill the usability of the plan and I don't see that as having been disclosed in the pricing, though it may be in the fine print.  Can I increase the number of characters?

Hello, can I change the question timer on a quiz from 20 seconds to 45? I couldn’t find the setting for this.

Hello, Are we able to share login credentials so multiple people can run Slido at multiple meetings? Is this possible or is it a single access point? Thanks 

I have a long quiz. If I show the leaderboard every 3rd question and one at the end. Does each one build on the others so they are accurate results through to the end?

In PowerPoint when I open up the Slido sidebar, I’m getting a message that i don’t have access to this slido and to request access from the slido owner. What could be going on?

Why am I seeing this message when I've logged onto my PowerPoint: ‘The slido assigned to this presentation has been deleted.’ And where do I find it to retrieve it?Also, the random question used to generate from my powerpoint depending on what page I was on. This is not giving me the option anymore, can anyone help please?

Hi there, I am using Slido on my Macbook with Powerpoint for Mac and the Slido integration. When I do a multiple choice question and I select a correct answer in the question settings, the correct answer is immediately shown in the live poll (when I show the results “on click”). I would like to show the results of the audience first, without directly showing the correct answer. Actually I would to click again to show the answer. Is there a way to do this? Alternatively, can you create a button like “show correct answer on click”? Thanks, Tim

Hi, i want to ask around 10 questions (ranking 1-5) and at the end present all the results in the same page. Is this possible?

When I share the present mode as a host, instead of staying on the screen where it just shows the QR code (and give people time to join and setup), it immediately jumps into the first poll question with the QR code on the left side. How do I stop it from doing that?

If there is one login, how do I ensure each presenter can get responses for their audience at their own event? Or do I need a different plan, such as Engage? Thanks.

I have a list of 25 questions in a poll and somehow the position of the first two questions has changed.  I have tried to click and slide the question, with no success.  Is this option not available on the Basic plan.  I suspect it is, since the first two questions have swapped positions, but I don’t know how to fix it

How do I export the list of questions I have created in a slido without answers? Ie. I have built a slido with 30 poll questions using multiple choice, rating questions etc. and I want to export the list of questions without any answers so I can use the questions in other materials. I need to share the questions with the leader to confirm they are happy with them before I host the focus groups. 

I cannot find my old Slido polls to reuse. How can I find them and use them again?

Is there a maximum number of responses allowed for a poll? (In total, not per user.)  I’m running an event for a large org with over 30,000 users and want to ensure that all poll responses will be captured.

Hello I'm new to Slido and have used it once before. I've created a slido with one multiple choice and two questions. I can see them when I log into my account. However, when I enter the slido code anonymously on my phone, the questions don't show up. Today's date falls within the event dates. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi. I only seem to be able to have a Q&A slido open for a maximum of one week. Is there any way to extend this so that I can host a slido link for longer, or ideally forever? My company only uses the most basic membership for Slido. Would this change if we were to upgrade?

We are hosting a virtual costume contest and want attendees to vote for each of their favorite categories during the team call.What recommendations do you have to pull this off successfully? There are 5 categories for voting, including best overall. It is also impossible for us to pre-load a survey or multiple choices with names and/or voting options as the costumes will be revealed and need to be written in real-time. We are also expecting 25+ attendees, so pre-populating a multiple choice with expected names won’t be feasible.Is there a template for this use case? I am new to Slido and have currently set it up as multiple polls with word clouds, each integrated into the meeting PPT. The tutorial videos indicate the more popular words will be larger, but we prefer to see actual voting numbers (if even only me and a meeting collaborator). I am not finding how best to tabulate such results for the open text words, nor how best to export the outcomes for each poll question. Thank you!
