I have a Slido question in my presentation. The slide background is white when in presentation mode although I have formatted the slide. How can I use my own formatting?

Hello Slido Team, during the quiz I want to ask multiple choice questions based on an audio track. Can I insert audio (mp3) in the question?

Slido is picking up an old poll instead of a new poll for my PowerPoint presentation. How do I ensure that it gives me the option to use the new poll I have created please?

I want to be able to open a staff meeting with a survey where all the employees are able to answer all the questions of the survey at once. Then I’d want to have separate slides with the responses at the appropriate time throughout the presentation. Right now, I would need to have each question/poll separate and the questions would only become available to answer when we get to that slide or when someone is manually starting the poll.

Hello,I created a Slido survey, and the members asked me to share the answers so they could adapt theirs.I tried to do this using the 'Share Analytics' button, which produces a link. Hi!So I know that participants can send in questions anonymously...but how do I stop everyone from seeing questions that have been asked? I’d like them to only see their own submitted questions.Thanks!

I dont know where to go to find the quiz i made

Is it possible to have the question rearrange to  be grouped by label but still be able to see all questions in present mode.I would like to group the questions and then summarise them for a moderator but can only filter them which then stops me seeing other questions. There are a few of us labeling at a time so we need to have the see all view.At the moment regardless of the label the list appears in order of getting them so that say a label that said growth is applied to several questions but does not appear one after the other.

I'm using Slido for a NFP so on a free plan, if I want to add 'Ratings' do I need to upgrade to a paying plan?

I am running a 5 hour session, we are hosting several Slidos during the session.  I just ran two of my 7 Slidos, I completed the Slidos and deactivated them. I then wanted to turn on a timer, but it said my Slido was still active and I couldn’t activate the Time has I had reached my App limit. I can I deactivate Slido so I can run a timer and then go back to Slido to run the next question?Screen shot below. I need the session to NOT be active to I can run a shared timer.  

We’ve recently run into an issue with the Slido application following the renewal of the registered application certificate. Users are currently unable to log in via SSO and are receiving the error shown below.The SSL certificate has been successfully renewed and is active in the SAML SSO configuration, but the issue persists. Would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this.

I can create a multiple-answer Word Cloud poll, but within a Survey, the multiple-choice option seems to disappear. Is there a way to allow multiple Word Cloud answers within a Survey?

Does anyone know what this message means in slido terms?  Was doing a normal presentation with some slido plugins on a local powerpoint presentation and this essentially entire page showed up. 

It is the first time i use slido and i am doing some tests.yesterday i put the privacy settings so that participants need to enter name and email address (without passcode). all worked well. We tested, and participants could get in.Today i did the same test but the system is sending a code to the email address of the participant  who has to 1/go to his email 2/copy/paste the code to get inI don’t want that,why is this happening?thanks for your help

I just purchased a Slido one-time membership for an event scheduled on December 11th and 12th, which is more than 7 days away. Will my membership expire before I get to use it? Could you please clarify?

I use SLIDO to conduct an assessment test at the end of my training courses. But participants often ask me, ‘Why don't we get our results immediately?’I can't use quiz mode because the questions don't advance automatically, and I can't set a timer because people work at different speeds.Do you have a solution?

Dear Team,I have used Slido once before and found its integration into PowerPoint excellent. Now, 7 months later, I want to use Slido again, but this time with three multiple choice questions and one word cloud. I would like to have a couple of poll questions be asked at the same time. I put them in “survey” to do that. I selected Poll Settings for each and selected “Mark Correct Answer” (which I did). However, when practicing and viewing the Participant View, I cannot get the answer to be revealed. I close the voting, then choose the eye so that the answer is shown, but it never is. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi, is there an option to merge two or three surveys into one survey? I know there is an option to merge polls into a survey, but how about merging several surveys into one? Thanks

Hi, when I pay, how does Slido know when my conference will be? It won’t be that I pay and I start being billed. So I saw it asks when the even will be, but I have this option without any payment. How does it work?
