Solved

I ran a slido ranking poll with 18 participants. When I exported the report, it says that there were 31 participants and only 16 people participated. Why has the report decided that there were 31 participants participating? and how can I have the 31 changed to 18 to reflect the true figure of participants.  Following polls in the same session I ran had the correct information when I exported the results  Any help would be appreciated.

Dear all,  I can't display the correct answer in a multiple-choice question.I have changed the settings, though.  Thanks, Flora

Dear Team,We would like to kindly request information on how to add two additional answer options to the Slido poll we have already created.Currently, the poll includes three options, but we need a total of five. Since we have already generated a QR code for this slido, we would prefer not to create a completely new ranking poll. Could you please how us how to add two more answer options for us?Thank you very much for your support.Best regards,Kristin

Hi I want to run a quiz more than once but use the same QR code from Powerpoint. Does the QR code stay the same if I reset a quiz and run it again? Thanks

How can we notify when we respond (answer) to the questions posted to the live Q&A by participants?

I am a Professor using Slido in my classes. I’m using multiple choice questions that might come in the Annual examinations, I don't want these questions to remain on the students devices (slido App) history. How I can make sure they don’t see the questions again or note down them. Please help and guide

Can we add a multiple choice question from Slido and integrate it in Powerpoint and use it offline?

Hi,How do I upgrade once to be able to accommodate +1000 participants? I only need this one time next week for an event.Thank you in advance and all the best,Heidi

Hi @Slido Team,We as a Cisco partner have received information in an update call that the feature "Automatic access to a slido for webinar panelists" will be available soon. It shall give external panelists access to the Q&A to make it easier to them to answer an manage questions during Q&A’s.I just gave it a try but the external panelist with or without a Webex/Slido account do not get the permission to see the attendee questions. Is the feature rolled out already and are some more information available? Will even a panelist without a slido account be able to see the questions?Regards, Rouven

Use case - As part of my presentation i am using slido survey to capture attendee interest in my product. At multiple points in the presentation I want to pose the same question but i do not want the folks who have already answered to answer the same question againHow can this be done in slido?

If I ask a multiple choice question at the beginning of my ppt presentation and then want to see if people changed their answer after the presentation, can I just copy and paste the original slido polling slide into the end of my presentation or do I need to recreate a new slido multiple choice slide using the same question? For the 2nd use of my question, I do not want to have the responses from the first time I asked it carry over.

How do we activate Q&A on Slido so that the side panel is open throughout a webinar using Webex platform?

The “Send” button at the end of my poll is not active and therefore people can’t submit the poll. What could be the reason?

This may have been asked in a different format, but when hosting a quiz, is there a way to NOT show who got a question right or wrong publicly?  I would also not want to show the leaderboard after each question as well.  I’m okay with an end of game leaderboard, but I don’t want other people in the group to see who missed a question during it.

Hi, I do not see any option to resize my logo to appear bigger. The texts also for joining are huge, the QR code and sponsor logos are bigger than mine. Please help.

We’re exploring using slido within our company, we do training sessions using powerpoints. We have template powerpoints, multiple people present using the same document. Would this be possible with slido? Also a secondary question, if the template powerpoint features slides that an audience interacts with (Q&A, poll, etc.) how would it be reset to default when the presentation is finished? Would the perosn using the document at the time need to wipe the answers every time?

Is there a way I can launch a poll with multiple questions in a single launch instead of launching questions one be one?

Can you please help me understand how I can also reuse a powerpoint presentation with a different slido? It says it’s beneficial for trainers or event hosts who want to reuse a single presentation with multiple audiences but use different polls each time. But I don’t understand how it works? I want to ask the same questions when I reuse the presentation, so the I’d want the different slido to be a duplicate of the first one?

I am doing a seminar at a school with about 50 + parents and was wondering will the qr code be big or clear enough for the parents to scan it and answer the questions, poll or whatever I am asking. I don’t know how else to give them the slido link during the live seminar. If anyone has any other ideas please let me know.

Why isn't "Share" with "Download Image" working anymore? It always worked perfectly before the "new" Slido, and I need it quite often. It's very annoying now because it's so tedious to copy the results. What can I do to get it working again?

Hi @Slido Team,I just had the use case for our next Webex Webinar with PowerPoint Integration to come back to the results of a Slido poll which happened at the beginning of the Webinar. Is there a possibility without the need to exit the presentation and check the web interface?

Hello,I created a slide deck with a Slido poll. I plan on hosting multiple meetings on different days and times. Can I use the same slide deck without losing my poll information or do I need to create different decks for each group?

Dear teamI have two seats on my license, one for me and one for my colleague. However, now we are preparing an event and my plan is still showing as Basic. As we also invited a co-host, I am worried something has gone wrong, can you please check?

I would like participants to automatically access a document after completing a survey. How can I do that?
