I have set up a full training course with Slido events. I now want to reproduce each Slido event with the same polls to redeliver the course, but keep the original slidos. I feel that this should be easy, but can’t see how to do it. Any help is appreciated.

Is there an option to have an ongoing (longer than 5 days) poll or survey?

We love using Slido for online learning with school children. However the word cloud feature has been problematic as we can’t find a moderation option before an answer appears on the screen.Is there anything that can be done to help with this? Our young people may not submit profanities, but they may type in silly things. Once one silly answer appears on the screen it diminishes the quality of Slido. We can use Q/A which does have moderation, but we really like the functionality of the word cloud for single word answers.  Thanks! 

Hello, is it possible to use dependencies for questions?  For example, if the respondent answers Question 1 with A, they go to Question 2; but if they answer B, they skip to Question 3.

Can I track participants answers by name of participant?  Do I need the professional version to do this?

Hello guys, I have a technical problem logging in to Slido.com using my WebEx account. Since the 07/16/2025, the login is running on an error or the login and authorization process is repeated in a continuous loop without entering the Slido environment. The browser is Windows Edge and Windows 11 version is installed on the laptop. I have also tried to restart the laptop and clear the cache. All without success.Does anyone have an idea what this might be because of?Thanks a lot and many greetings!

how do I increase the time allowed to answer multiple choice questions 

Will we be able to use IDEAs in the same way once we switch to the new interface? I seem to recall having trouble with IDEAs when I tried out the new interface awhile back (which is why I switched back to the old way). If IDEAs are disrupted, this will be a major issue for me because it’s the only thing I use Slido for and it’s a central activity in all of the classes I teach. 

Does Slido work with PowerPoint Live?

We exported the questions for the Q&A but the responses are not there, is that possible to get?

 Hi Slido team,I can’t upload images into Poll or Quiz, I have tried to resize it not excess 10MB and the dimensions under 3000px. Please can you advise. 

When displaying the results of a multiple choice poll, the choices and bar charts do not resize to fit the screen, and I have to scroll through the results. It doesn’t make for a clean presentation when you are displaying them on a screen.  Is there any workaround for this? Thanks!

Can both a PowerPoint and a live Q&A be visible at the same time? 

Hi. I will be running concurrent sessions in 2 rooms on 2 devices using 2 zoom accounts. Can I use one slido account on the 2 devices at the same time and with 2 different links for 2 different areas? Thanks

The code was on the screen and activated but the participants couldn’t get on to the survey. Do you know why this happened?

How many participants can join my slido on the free basic plan?

I’m creating questions for a poll.  I would like to make some of the text bold. Is there a way to do that?

The rating poll provides two options for labels. Can I add a third?  So, for example, on a 1-5 scale/rating, I would like to use the labels 1 =  none, 3 =  some, and 5 = a lot. Right now, it only lets me label 1 and 5. Is there any way I can add a label for 3?

On many occasions, I need to refer to a previous Slido to create a new one. However, whenever I open an old Slido or a PowerPoint file that includes one, the Slido's date automatically updates to the current date, making it active again.All I want to do is refer to the old Slidos—not reactivate them. How can I prevent the date from being updated?

Slido used to have “Collecting Ideas” function, which we used a lot in the brainstorming and I would like this function back so badly! It is similar to Q&A - but what great about “collecting ideas” was able to put an Open-ended Question to the audience and collect their ideas.Audience can input their ideas and at the same time they can see others ideas which they can vote on.We used to pick the most voted idea, highlight the idea on the screen and start a further discussion in the session.It was such a useful tool and it is no longer available in the new version of Slido...  Please have this back asap!   

How to create an average score based on 4 response categories (strongly disagree up to strongly agree) and excluding from the average score the 5th answer category ‘don't know’. So the participants can also see the average.
