Hello,I would like to buy the Engage plan to create SLIDO presentations. After the annual plan is up  can I continue to use the SLIDO presentations I have created during the 12 months or will they be unusable for me in the future ?It takes quite some time and effort to prepare different SLIDO presentations ( for example in my powerpoint lectures)  and it would be really unacceptable to loose them or not to be able to continue to use them.Many thanks for your answer,Thomas  

Can we display the total number of correct answers for the whole quiz ?I found how to show the number of correct anserws to each question but I can't find how to present the final result of the quiz in terms of the total number of participants who answered correctly all the quiz questions 

I am having trouble understanding how to close a quiz once finished and have the results displayed with scores … !!! I’d like more info on how to make sure the participants all get their scores at the end. Please urgent, tomorrow I have a quiz for my company after 6 pm ECT 

I have embedded several polls in PPT using integrated Slido. Is there a way not to have to manually activate each poll using a separate device while presenting the PPT?

Hi,I would like to know how to poll a community through an open poll while having the ability to upvote existing answers. Is this possible, through Word cloud (but without retyping the exact same words), Ranking (but with a “other” field that can be specified) in Slido?Cheers,E

Hi there, does anybody know how to reconnect users during a live quiz, so that they keep their score? I am experiencing problems hosting quizzes where users are dropped out of the quiz, and can only re enter as a new user. Thank you

I just upgraded to Engage for a 1x presentation that I’ll be presenting next week but it’s not allowing me to add more than 3 polling questions. What’s up? 

I am using slido in a powerpoint and put the deck in presenter mode to test. The powerpoint shows that the poll is active, however, I cannot scan the QR code and when accessing the poll using slido.com and the code provided, I get the message, “Sorry, there is no slido active right now”.Thank you for your help in advance!

One of my Slido quizzes in Powerpoint is not working correctly, it has 15 questions but on the last question it doesn't show the answer and doesn't show the results page. I have to use the back tab to go back to Results page but it never shows the answer to the final question.

Hi, I want to show the top 8 factors in a ranking question; however, only 7 are shown on the PowerPoint screen - does anyone know how I amend this to show the top 8? 

Hi,I have created a quiz and have been able to control the quiz from presenter mode using the control panel. However, a colleague of mine created a quiz and was not able to do this.Their control panel was missing the start/stop interaction button and next question, it only had full screen button alongside the settings cog which just had options for ‘copy joining link’, ‘switch to host mode’ and ‘screen size’.I’ve looked at the settings of both quizzes and they look the same. What would be the reason for this?Thanks

Hi there,I’m having trouble logging into Slido through the Powerpoint for windows plugin. I click on the “login” button, it opens a browser (chrome) window, I login through the browser and get a “login success” message on the browser.Meanwhile, the plugin window on Powerpoint shows a spinning circle and “authorization in progress” but after about 10-15 seconds, it returns to the “welcome to slido” login window.Any help on troubleshooting this would be really appreciated.

In the Slido basic plan you offer one quiz per Slido. What exactly does that mean, 1 quiz with multiple questions throughout the presentation or 1 quiz question only.  Thanks!

Cant get the slido to SHOW in my PPT. have downloaded and ran.. where is it?

Im preparing a powerpoint presentation for my teacher to present it in front of his class. When I send him the presentation the slido interactions that I used obviously doesn t show on his screen. What should I do for that when his presenting that powerpoint , the slido activities to work?

As I work on my quiz the program will suddenly fail and I’ll get a “Leave” or “Cancel” option. It doesn’t matter what I do, the program is gone and I have to log back in. Whatever question I was working on is gone and sometimes multiple questions are gone. This happened 4 times, 3 times last night and now again tonight.

How do I stop presentations going to full screen when using PPT and presenting through Slido?When I’m delivering training in Teams (I’m an external trainer), the PPT presentation goes to full screen which means that I can’t see chat or the people in the meeting.  How can I stop it doing this?
