I would like to manage the poll from slido for power point, but when i put the slide with the poll (word cloud) after a determined time, the presentation goes to the following slides, even though i don’t touch the mouse to switch the slide. how can I handle this and remove this, that looks like a timer? I would like to stay on the slide with the results of the poll also 5 or 10 minutes in order to comment the results and I don’t want to go to the next slides after few seconds. Many thanks Simona

I could not log in to slido through my ppt presentation. What’s needs to be done?

Hi there, we are using the Quiz function at an event, we have split the quiz into 3 sections so there are 3 questions across 3 different decks. On the leaderboard at the end of each section it’s showing all of the answers- even for the questions not asked yet. Is there a way to hide the ‘show answers’ option of the leaderboard? (highlighted in yellow below) Thank you!

When I login in the Slido sidebar it goes to the webbrowser. I login, and it says You're now logged in! Please open PowerPoint to continue there. But nothing happens in Powerpoint, or the slido sidebar. It keeps saying “Welcome to Slido, login”

I see related articles but all are dated. Are there any updates on Microsoft enabling the use of Slido on Microsoft live events? Use case: My company hosts online continued education courses that attendees can receive credit to renew their insurance licenses. The states that regulate these licenses and renewals will sometimes request proof that the agent attended the course and was active in the lesson. We wish to leverage Slido to poll the attendees via Teams Webinar. Being able to utilize this platform is important to us as we currently utilize the integration offered from Microsoft to our CRM (HubSpot). Being able to tie polling results to attendee records would save hundreds of hours of work a year. Any updates or information is appreciated.

I am planning to use Slido for an online training session in PowerPoint. I have two screens. My large monitor with my webcam on the top... and my Surface Pro laptop below. I use presenter mode on the laptop then swap that to my large screen so I can see me notes clearly and have my eyeline near the camera. The regular slide show for what the participants see remains below on the laptop. All good usually but when I click through to the Slido poll slides the slido presentation only appears in about 2/3rd of the slide. Anyone know how to rectify this? I need my presenter notes on the large monitor up top as I can barely see the surface!

What solution could be provided if multiple people are duplicating and using the slido question at the same time? Would the person duplicating the question then need to update the Event Code # to a unique #, as i see from a different Q&A it stated this? - ‘They can duplicate and use the event for themselves (just be sure the same exact Slido is not being used at the same time by multiple people as the polls being activated would interfere with each other).’ What would be the best practice for this situation when multiple people are using a duplicated slido question at the same time?

Hello. I want to convert an activity that my learners currently do on flipcharts (in-person) to Slido, but I don’t think it is possible Does anyone have any ideas? I have a flipchart (or physical whiteboard) with options (m/c) for them to mark how often they do something…. but it has 2 parts so that they see the results of the 2 (similar) questions side by side. We talk about the disconnect based on this. Another use I have is where I (virtual) display a graph (curve) and the participants annotate where they fall along the curve. Can you do this in some way in Slido (so this can be done in person)? Thanks! Daina

I am running a 1 hour session with 6 speakers. Each will show their own 10 minute powerpoint presentation. The presentations will not run as a single slide deck. How can I use the same poll (with different questions from each speaker) for all presenters? This way participants in the audience will not not have to keep scanning different codes.

Dear community, The slides are blurry when using "Present with Slido" in Google Slides on Safari. This does not impact slides generated by slido. Thus, I suppose the problem is not connected to Safari browser. Any ideas how to resolve this? Thank you 🙏

We have download and installed the Slido 1.10 version but was not showing in the Power point. We have reinstalled the same but still no luck. Restarted the device and updated the MS Office. Have checked in System tray and PP add-ins and Disabled but nothing there.

I want to add some verbiage on the slide that has the QR code for folks to ask questions, but everything I’ve tried does not work. Is this even possible?

We will be presenting at a conference soon and the conference will pre-load the presentation on their laptops for my session. Will they need to have the slido extension on their laptop for me to use slido? Can I still present and have all the necessary features (especially live results from questions) work as they should if they do NOT download the extension?

We’re considering switching from Menti beacuse of your better google slides integration. However, one thing that is holding me back is the open ended question format. Here Menti allows to show much more on one slide: Maybe this is something you can add/improve on slido?

Hello, Slido is working great except for one issue. I get to a Slido Slide and wait for it to be populated and that works great, but when I try to advance past the slide it doesn’t do anything. Then when I click a second time, it moves, but goes two slides forward. This is happening on both of my windows laptops. I’m running Windows 10, PowerPoint 2019. Any help would be appreciated..

If polling questions are integrated into a PPT presentation, how does it work for multiple users/presenters? Do they need to log in to Slido? Do they also need to have the PPT integration app on the laptop they are presenting from? If there are meetings going on at the same time could the presenters be logged in to separate sessions utilizing the same polling questions?

Hi, I cannot add additional interactions to my PowerPoint presentation. It's telling me to upgrade. Is there a limitation to the number of interactions you can use while you are on basic?

I’ve run an AGM a for a club, electing a new committee with multiple positions. I used a ranked choice system assuming the system would calculate in “rounds of voting” and not use a points based system. Is there a way to find the raw data with the participants initial choices? (Eg. 30 participants ranked choices.)
