Cannot connect my slido account in my powerpoint

I requested access from the slido owner (which is me) to connect it with my powerpoint presentation, but I never received email to approve this request. So I cannot move on. I tried it already multiple times, still the same result.

Slido not working in Google Slide Macbook

Hi there, Usually I am using SLIDO for google slides in my windows laptop and it runs smoothly. Now I am using Macbook but SLIDO side bar still blank, although I have refresh it and waiting for minutes. I have tried to install SLIDO Integration but it also failed. How can I solve this?  Thank you

Integrating slido into Powerpoint

Following system upgrades on my device I can no longer integrate Slido into Powerpoint. I have followed all instructions to re-install it. Slido is now installed on my laptop and the relevant permissions granted by my organisation, but despite re-loading Powerpoint it is not there to add in. Any advice on how I get it to integrate please? Thanks

How to unistall slido app from power point on MAC

Hi, I would like to uninstall slido form power point. I don’t want to use it anymore, and I want it to be totally removed.I tried already to remove it from my App on my computer, but it didn’t delete it from PPT. I don’t want it at all aynmore. How can I do ? Thank you very much

PPT Reset Slido Questions

I have a Slido Questions (Q&A, Word Cloud, MCQ, Open text Q, Rating) PPT lecture that i used last year in a course. I would like to reuse that PPT lecture this year. I do not know how to clear (remove/delete) the answers from last year. I pressed “reset slido” but that did not delet the answers from last year. Can you please provide step by step instructions on how to reset this PPT so that I do not need to redo this work. Silent installation for multiple users in mac

I am trying to package this application for multiple users silently without launching slido.app and the add-in doesn't install. Tried copying the user content add-in files but it gives permission error for other users. is there a way to package this for multiple users silently without launching the application?

Can't delete connection to Powerpoint!

Hello  I tested slido a few weeks ago with my private account. Now we have made a business account. But now I always get this message: I must be able to delete this link. I have deleted all surveys and even deleted my account. Nothing has worked.... Re-creating the PowerPoint is out of the question as there are over 100 pages. Thank you for your quick help. Greetings Daniel

Suddenly miss running polls in my admin overview

Some weeks ago I added two polls. Later on, I looked in the results and they were there. Today the two polls were not visible anymore in my overview! Note: the link to the poll for users is still in operation (visible and when filled in, the number of responses grows). Long loading times

Hi! We’re using Slido in Google Slides but in the recent months the loading time is way too long. Are we the only ones dealing with this issue? When we use the integrated extension it takes forever and a day until it is ready to insert something. Any ideas why that is?

How to avoid automatic activation of the old slidos

When I open a PowerPoint file used in a past lecture, the Slido event linked to that file automatically gets activated. For instance, if I use lecture materials from a year ago as reference materials for this year's lecture, the event frequently gets activated. Please advise me on how to avoid this issue.

Slido Auto Updates with Basic exe Install

Hi,If I distribute the Slido Basic installer (exe) to our users, will they be able to auto update the software themselves? I noticed the Basic installer installs the program to the user appdata local folder which users have rights to install apps to. I guess my question is based around how does the auto update process work? Does it notify the users to download and install the latest version or does it dynamically update the program to the latest version like say how Zoom or Google Chrome do.I have seen there is an admin installer which I can deploy and then manage the updates going forward, I am just trying to work out the most efficient update process for this app in our environment.

Switching polls between different rooms in Power Point

I want to present in Power Point 1 poll for 5 different rooms, one after another (not simultaneously). The issue is that when I switch from one room to another, I select in Power Point the option “use different slido”, then I see all the 5 rooms, I select the one I want, but  all the polls from the selected  room/previous room  are deleted, and I have to select the polls  from the available list again, and add them to the room even though the polls are already assigned to each room. I have the same slido code to connect to all 5 rooms. Is there another way how to switch between the rooms in Power Point, and not lose the polls?Also, how do I get slido to show me in analytics at the end of the presentation-the poll summary for all 5 rooms, not just for each one? Thank you

I have a Webex EA subscription with Slido enabled for all users. I know the Webex webinar can accommodate 5000 users for quiz but is it the same for Webex meetings?
