Hi there! I have the chrome extension, I am logged in, but I do not have an option for Present with Slido. My green bar on the right only says Present. The drop down from Present says Present from beginning or Present from current slide. No matter which option I choose the QR code and link never appear. When I run the presentation the slido google slide has my poll question and at the bottom it says click present with slido or install our chrome extension to activate this poll while presenting.

I understand that the Slido Zoom App (Zapp) is not available yet but would like to know how it will be priced. Will this Zoom App be available by June? Thank you so much!

I’m looking for a way to enable Slido for Webinars but either restrict or control its use in the Meetings space. It looks like there is a way to prevent participants from initiating a Slido in a meeting but sharing overall has to be disabled in order to do so. I would like to find a way to only enable Slido for Webinar use or restrict its use in the Meetings space in the same way it is for Webinars where participants cannot initiate Slido.

I have created a Slido quiz in a google slides presentation. It has six questions. I constructed the quiz on the Slido site and it appeared to integrate easily into the presentation. Now I am attempting to modify the presentation with some additional questions on the Slido site, but they don’t show up in the presentation. Where am I going wrong?

Hi! I want to run a unique quiz during the morning, but integrate the questions within various powerpoints of the various people speaking during the morning. Is this possible? And how would I implement this? Thanks in advance, Spadom 2023

We have created a poll on slido for WebEx and two anonymous users responded with the following problem: using this slido poll https://app.sli.do/event/7QDPe2Z765MxyyQ8wdYYPJ after submitting the poll, an error occurred and submit failed. the user could not proceed and saw in one form field (e.g. 17/41) the answers from other anonymous users in image below, only the red frame was the response from the user. the rest was not his/her content!! two users reported that problem on the same day (27.10.2023 between 0800-1200 CET) That does not sound right and is a vulnerability/privacy concern. Please help us understand what caused such a malfunction and is this a known limitation of slido? Thanks Christian

I want to begin each lecture with four questions to ascertain knowledge of the subject matter that the participants may already have. I do not want them to see the results of the quiz at this point. At the end of the lecture, I will give the same quiz again, but after the time is up for the last question, I would like to reveal the results of the first quiz compared with the results of the second quiz. I’m a real newbie and right now I’m trying to figure out how to keep the results from showing even though I have unchecked the “Show Results” box.

Hi All, I’m using Samsung Galaxy Tab as my presentation device and trying to run Slido poll. So far I was not able to even start a presentation in a way that would allow to start the Slido session. Is it at all possible to start a presentation (Google Slides) from Android device with Slido? Thanks in advance for support! Cheers, Andrzej

Hello everybody Yes, I’m aware of this; Unfortunately it did not provide solution for me. I have Slido-item with seven (7) question and those need to be presented via company called Microsoft product of PowerPoint. My challenge lie that I cannot get all those seven questions to be presented as one view (when using Microsoft PowerPoint to work as platform for Slido), screen can provide only six (6) question. Any idea?

I’ve created a Power Point deck and included three slido slides. I click on the “Present with Slido” button to view the deck as if I was presenting it. The problem...the slido slide font is too big and does not fit in my screen. Is there a way for me to adjust the size of the Slido slide so all contents fit in my screen?

Can I show just the QR code on a slide before the actual poll is shown for a multiple choice poll that we are going to look at later?

I have two slides setup with Slido. When I try to add a third slide it says: The poll couldn't be created because the free plan is limited to 3 polls per presentation. But I only have two right now and want to add a third one.

Hello, I am trying to invite someone (external to my organization) to moderate a Slido Q&A session but when the person tries to access the link sent to him via email, it is asking him to login with Webex. Yet, this person does not have a Webex. Anything I can do to resolve this issue? Thank you.

I am trying to set up a public screen in our university’s foyer to display live results of a survey. Since I am not presenting by manually advancing through the survey slides, I need to find a way that the presentation moves on automatically. Using Slido’s Google Slides integration, I can autoplay slides, but since the survey is contained in a single slide, Google’s autoplay controls don’t work. The Slido player seems to have no autoplay function, just manual advance by clicking. Any way to solve this issue? Thanks so much!

How can we suppress the autoupdate on the client? We use MS SCCM for the app deployment. When closing the app or PowerPoint it tries to make an update. Can this be suppressed, as the users have no right to install apps on their clients.? Thanks.

I use Slido with Google slides and it used to auto generate the event code on each slide. Is there a setting for that?

We have a multi-day event coming up. We are using a single, consolidated PowerPoint slide deck that will be used by all speakers. Several of the speakers have asked for their own Slido Q&A Session. Using the PowerPoint plugin for Slido I inserted the first of three slidos in the slide deck but when I went to add the next one it told me that by switching to the second slido it affected the one already in place. I tested it by inserting slido #1 on the first slide and then switching to slido #2 and then going back to the the #1 slide. The #1 slide was now pointed at the #2 slido. Is there a way to handle this?

I don’t even see the option to create a poll. Top tabs are Welcome guide, community, help center, prodcuct news. What am I doing wrong? Just trying this out -- free plan, I think…? Help!

How to store the results in the PowerPoint once the poll is closed?

Hi @Slido Team, I just had the use case for our next Webex Webinar with PowerPoint Integration to come back to the results of a Slido poll which happened at the beginning of the Webinar. Is there a possibility without the need to exit the presentation and check the web interface?

I have a weekly orientation that I would like to use Slido. The meeting has a different presenter each week. I added slido questions to the power point, when I present I am able to pull the results into the power point template ( I am assuming because I have the Slido Tool bar). Do I have to add every single presenter as a user and have them download the tool bar for them to pull in the poll results?

Hi, I am running multiple rooms with breakout sessions running at the same time with different presentations using quizzes. I plan to gather an overall “event” leader board to drive some competitive energy throughout this event. We are repeating the same Powerpoint presentations 10 times over the course of 2 days. Please advise if this is the recommended procedures for the start of each breakout session. OR provide the best alternative. 1. Reset session Run PPT Presentation (using PPT integration) Once presentation end, Download results for all Rooms Repeat Will this prevent data from previous session to be overwritten? I can then merge all 10 data-sets to create a overall leader board.
