Solved

Dear SlidoThanks for a great service.I have a problem that I hope you can help me resolve.Currently I run the same presentation/training in 20 different places. I use a set of polls to engage but also for collecting data.Currently, I copy my presentation and then re-setup my Slido poll questions. This is because I want to save data collected and not having to reset the presentation every time.I’ve experienced a few times that the system crashes if I reuse my own poll templates. Is there an easier or better way for me to use Slido across my presentations without having to have 20 individual presentations and without having to (download the results) then delete the results by resetting the polls? I hope my question makes sense. Thanks in advance,Sonny

Hi, when creating Slido Quiz, is it possible to add a slide with some pictures after each question (showing more details about the correct answer)?

Hello  I tested slido a few weeks ago with my private account. Now we have made a business account. But now I always get this message: I must be able to delete this link. I have deleted all surveys and even deleted my account. Nothing has worked.... Re-creating the PowerPoint is out of the question as there are over 100 pages. Thank you for your quick help. Greetings Daniel

I have added a slido to my powerpoint, and realised it was the wrong one from my list of slidos….how do I change it?I have searched the settings and cannot find the option.

How many attendees can participate in a Slido poll in Powerpoint at the same time?

Is there a way to change a User’s role to be a Guest?I have a User who was originally a Guest.  As the Owner, I promoted them to be a User.  I would now like to demote them back to a Guest (so that I can have the User license go to someone else). However, my only options appear to be that I can Deactivate or Remove them.  Do I need to Remove them and have them join or be invited back as a guest?  Is that the only way? It’s interesting that I can promote a Guest to be a User or Admin, but I cannot demote a User back to a Guest.

Can we safely disable auto-update and use the outdated clients to access Slido?Any version check like ZOOM? It would be easier for the admin to manage the version if we disable auto update and manually push on a quarterly/semi-annually basis.

Hi guys, I just wanted to ask a quick question. I’m planning to upgrade my account and pay for more Slido's, but as I was looking, the only option to pay is the annual one. Is it possible somehow to pay monthly?  Thank you

Hi,I have a webex license that support slido and I’ve been using slido many times succesfully.Next month I need to run a session with hundreds of people connected; we are using slido from powerpoint and NOT in a webex session. My question: what is the maximum number of participants for slido polls when you use it from powerpoint (my license is a webex one)?

Why is Slido PowerPoint integration telling me I don't have access to my slido?  It is telling me I need to switch accounts or request access.

I would like to use a very brief Slido survey to get feedback from our internal clients after our team completes a project for them. I was thinking we'd keep it open throughout the year and periodically analyze the results. But I'm not sure it will work because it appears a respondent can only answer one time. However, we'll be doing multiple projects for the same group of people. Any creative ideas to accommodate what I'd like to do? Thanks.

I was wondering if you are able to include an “other” answer in a multiple choice poll… something where a participant could type in their own answer? For exampleWhat is your favorite food? Pizza Hamburgers ChipsOther _____________spaghetti______________________

Hi,I have an event with multiple rooms and the same survey in all the rooms. When I go to Analytics view and select “All rooms” I’d expect to see all the aggregated data, but I still see it split by rooms. Is there a way to see the aggregated results for all the rooms? Thanks!

Hi there! I have the chrome extension, I am logged in, but I do not have an option for Present with Slido.  My green bar on the right only says Present.  The drop down from Present says Present from beginning or Present from current slide.  No matter which option I choose the QR code and link never appear.  When I run the presentation the slido google slide has my poll question and at the bottom it says click present with slido or install our chrome extension to activate this poll while presenting.

Hello, can you create a quiz without having to reveal winners? Or can I create a regular poll with a correct answer? I want people to vote and see if they are right or wrong without having the big quiz ending. Thank you

I understand that the Slido Zoom App (Zapp) is not available yet but would like to know how it will be priced. Will this Zoom App be available by June?Thank you so much!

We are pulling first name, last name and email into our Slido embed and our users are getting a verification email when joining the session. Is there a way to turn this off? It is really annoying and not necessary for our purposes.

Hello,I have deleted the session by accident so I can’t access the questions anymore. Is it possible to recover the session in some way ?yours sincerely

Is there a way to run a quiz for a period of time (a few days) in an asynchronous format?

Hello! Is it possible to show more than 5 participants on the quiz leaderboard when displaying the winners?

Hello everyone,I encountered some issues in a recent all-hands meeting. I created a multiple-choice poll on the Slido website and incorporated the slide into the PowerPoint file using the Slido plug-in. However, during the presentation, the main Slido slide displaying the question appeared initially, but upon advancing, it jumped to the next slide and not the one where it shows the live results, QR code / login details, etc. I suspect this might be related to the fact that I am not sharing my screen but rather uploading the PPT file. Can anyone provide insights into why this might be happening and if this is a workaround?

Hi!  I have one event and two questions.  I’m looking for two different QR codes (They take you to each respective question).  We have a group of people but we want half to answer one poll and the other half to answer another poll within the same event.  However, the QR codes are not based off of the poll question but based off the event.  Is there a way to create different QR codes based off the poll question?  Thanks!

How far in advance can you set up a slido to have a valid code?

Is it possible to allow participants to fill out the same survey mutliple times using the same event code/url?Thanks.

I am creating a ranking SLIDO where I am asking the participants to rank the top 3 (out of 7) options they would choose. I see how I can export the results for one user, but is there a way to export all user results in one file?
