Plan did not upgrade

I have upgraded my plan (one-time Engage plan) and have been charged . Yet each time I try to use the ”paid” features. I am being asked to pay again ….  Any suggestions?

Duplicated polls no longer possible since upgraded to professional

HI MyColleague upgraded one of our events to proffessional to allow us to moderate. All the other slidos which are currently active  on our account have also been turned into professional and now they are unable to be duplicated. Why is professional removing the capability to duplicate ?? Thanks

Upvote/like responses to an open text poll

Is there a way to upvote/like responses to an open poll? It sounded like they were working on adding this feature as of a few months ago, but I still don’t see it. I was hoping there was a workaround using the Q&A function, which has the upvote option. But there seems no way to edit the prompt to say something different than “type your question.”

Account deletion - free and licensed under same email address

I have a user that had created a free account and then joined our licensed account.  This user has used the same email address for both.  He has an option when signed into slido.com to change between accounts.  Is there an easy way to delete the free account? Thank you, I did not see this option in the UI.

Moderation of Word Clouds and Open Text polls

We love using Slido for online learning with school children however the wordcloud feature has been  problematic as we can’t find a moderation option before an answer appears on the screen.Do others have the same issue.  What is the solution you have found when dealing with young people who will post “inappropriate replies” they may not be profanities some are more silly? We can use Q/A which does have moderation but a lot of work for single word answers and I can’t see a place to ask the question you want the reply to.Once one silly answer appears on the screen it diminishes the quality of slido.FYI we put in a feature request over a year ago for this and it has not been actioned - the new interface is nice but does not fix this problem.

deleted slido in powerpoint

Why am I seeing this message when I've logged onto my PowerPoint: ‘The slido assigned to this presentation has been deleted.’ And where do I find it to retrieve it?Also, the random question used to generate from my powerpoint depending on what page I was on. This is not giving me the option anymore, can anyone help please?

Multiple Choice Question, show correct answer

Hi there, I am using Slido on my Macbook with Powerpoint for Mac and the Slido integration. When I do a multiple choice question and I select a correct answer in the question settings, the correct answer is immediately shown in the live poll (when I show the results “on click”). I would like to show the results of the audience first, without directly showing the correct answer. Actually I would to click again to show the answer. Is there a way to do this? Alternatively, can you create a button like “show correct answer on click”? Thanks, Tim

Time duration of each multiple choice item

Hello I am May and I am new here.😊 Can you please share me the solution?I have created a few items of multiple choices to play with my students. However, I could not find the setting botton to manage a time duration for each item.When I tried to present my work or to check my multiple choice quiz as a participant. It does not  give the time like 5 to 10 or more seconds of each item before we move to the next item, but it suddenly shows the result.  Thank you so muchMay

I made a Slido with a bunch of multiple choice (MC) questions.  I realized that I want the users to be able to answer several questions without me having to present them individually (as in a survey). Is there a way to migrate my already created MC questions into the survey, or am I required to re-create the questions in the survey?

Using Slido for PowerPoint on different computer

Hi there, I noticed you are scrapping Slido Switcher, so I have a question regarding the integrated Powerpoint for Slido, which I’ve not really used.I have a Mac and prepare all slides using the Powerpoint app. I have the Slido integration for that, so I’m happy to prepare slides that way.However, before our events, we are often advised to send the slides to the venue, and run the slides using the venue’s laptop (usually a PC). My question is, will Slido work for me, using the integration on a new device, having prepared slides as above. Do I need to download the integration tool on the venue’s Powerpoint app for it to work {which I often cannot do, as there’s IT admins involved in downloading new things to a laptop and the laptop will not belong to me)?Thanks,

Troubleshooting?: Automatic Logout Issues in Slido

I have been assigned as a guest to a Slido by my client so that I can create polls for his event. I have an account on Slido, which was invited by the client. However, whenever I log into Slido, I can briefly see the page of the assigned Slido account, but after 2–3 seconds, I am automatically logged out and redirected to the login page. How can I prevent this? I have tried using both MS Edge and Safari.
