Solved

Hi,Two questions:Can you ask a question and in real time see responses by attendee persona? For example, if you’re having an event with 2 customer types -- let’s call them apples and oranges -- can you view results as they come in a color coded way or tagged in some way to see how apples respond and how oranges respond? I’d like to ask this question: You have $100 to spread across 5 topics. How would you spread the money? What type of question format would I choose to do this, if Slido can do this at all? It’s more than pure prioritization.

Our questions were set to anonymous but I need to identify who raised one - how can I do this?

Hi I'm one of the organizers of Watch Party Around India 2026, a volunteer-led initiative bringing together Apple developer communities across India for WWDC.This year, we're expecting around 600+ attendees across 10 cities, and we're looking for a platform to run a live quiz simultaneously across all locations. We're a community-run, non-profit event, so budget is extremely limited. Before we explore building our own solution, I wanted to check if Slido offers any community, open-source, or non-profit event sponsorships/licenses for initiatives like ours.Would love to connect with the right person from the Slido team if such opportunities exist.Event: https://watchpartyaroundindia.com/Thank you! 🙏Nayyan MujadiyaSwift Bengaluru / Watch Party Around India

Hello,I have a staff here at our company that have gotten prompted by Slido to update their Slido version in Powerpoint and when they do that it no longer works or shows in the tool bar of Powerpoint.  They are running Office, Powerpoint 2016.  16.0.4266.1001.  The Slido plug in shows up under the File menu, Options and Add-ins as an Inactive Application Add-in and I can’t seem to get it to activate. I am wondering if I can install an older version again to get them back up and running or is there a better way to fix this?Thank you,Brent

Microsoft PowerPower recently published an update that makes it no longer compatible with the Slido Add-in.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, reactive manually and nothing works.  What is being done to resolve this capability issue?

I’m using Slido in MS Powerpoiont. I received and update (SlidoSetup_v1.22.1.7801) and now the add-in won’t load. HELP!

How can we have names associated with each person’s answer?

Hello! I need to assign a co-host to more than one slido for an event. But each time I add them to one slido, they lose access to the other one. Can anyone help?

Hello, my current plan is Engage and I would like to cancel my subscription. Could you please help me with this? Thank you!

Dear Slido Team,  I would like to cancel my ENGAGE subscription (valid until June 4, 2026). Thank you in advance!     Best regards!

If we designate someone as a co-host in our session, they will have access to our Slido (they can launch it in their own session). How long will the co-host have access to that Slido? Does it expire after a certain period, or do they retain access indefinitely? All of our instructors need access to our pre-made polls. We can no longer upload polls, so how can I make the poll once and share it with all other instructors (non-admin) who do not have access to organizational slides?

Hello:  First time Slide user here.  I’m trying to send out via email the Slido poll to accumulate preliminary results...AND, then do a Live presentation for those attending the event.  When I just tried to send myself the link, I could only get one question to show.  Or, it gave me the message, “there are no live events.”

Hi there, I noticed you are scrapping Slido Switcher, so I have a question regarding the integrated Powerpoint for Slido, which I’ve not really used.I have a Mac and prepare all slides using the Powerpoint app. I have the Slido integration for that, so I’m happy to prepare slides that way. However, before our events, we are often advised to send the slides to the venue, and run the slides using the venue’s laptop (usually a PC). My question is, will Slido work for me, using the integration on a new device, having prepared slides as above. Do I need to download the integration tool on the venue’s Powerpoint app for it to work {which I often cannot do, as there’s IT admins involved in downloading new things to a laptop and the laptop will not belong to me)? Thanks,

what level of detail is available with a paid tier.   I can get a list of individual responses to a ranking poll?

I cloned a meeting from 2025 and now the Welcome message for the meeting is showing last year’s details and not the details that I updated in the settings. Please help, my meeting is today and I don’t want to confuse our guests

Seems like the slido is allowing for only up to 7 days for a slido, suppose an Enterprise license should allow for more.

I am running a survey with multiple questions.  One of them uses the “ranking” template.  When I am viewing preliminary results, I see 0.56, 0.37, 0.07.  How can I change the view format to percentages?Thank you!

Hi Slido Support, I created an event under my Basic/personal workspace, but I also have a Professional organization under the same account. Is it possible to move/migrate the existing event to the Professional organization without changing the current event link and QR code? Thank you!

I have a single event that I anticipate being more than 200 people, but less than 1000 in attendance. Is there any way to do a single event rate for closer to 500 people?

Issue: Slido poll embedded in Powerpoint closes without facilitator advancing the slide.Testing explored:No PPT timing enabledNo Slido timer enabledThe issue only happens when:Presenting, and I have a class of approx 20 participantsI have tested in presentation mode by myself, answered the poll - and the slide/poll does not close/advance.Any solutions I can try?

Dear Slido Team,I am contacting you regarding the use of Slido for interactive voting during an awards session at an upcoming conference. For this event, it is essential that each member of the assembly is able to vote only once, and that duplicate voting is prevented. We would therefore like to know whether Slido offers a secure voting option that restricts participation to a single vote per registered member.Could you please advise on the available options and how this could be implemented?Kind regards,Antonio Pellegrino

We would like to silent install Slido for Powerpoint on macOS and without being prompted for an admin password. We use Jamf to deploy the app, I followed the instructions to silent install, used the command but as soon as the user launches the app, it prompts for admin password. Please let me know if there is a way to suppress it or bypass it. The admin prompt says that ‘Slido wants to make changes. Enter admin password.’

I’m being driven insane… I’m working on a powerpoint deck with Slido integrated, and every day my connection to Slido breaks, and I get the error message “Web browser blocked by anti-virus” I have NO idea how I’m able to fix it, and then it breaks the next day.  Can anyone help, please?  I’m using Chrome, am on Windows, and have Sophos as my antivirus.

Can a survey be prepared in two languages, with the same questions, and each participant using a different QR code to select the survey in either English or Chinese? The host would have a bilingual powerpoint with the survey in both languages? Can results be combined, or would there be two survey results for each language?

In PowerPoint I’ve created a Multiple Choice question. Only one slide is created and only the question itself is on it. My answer options are not appearing. I shortened the question and answers thinking it might be a character limit issue, but it’s still not working. I can’t see anywhere that tells me if there even is a limit.Help?
