Solved

Hi Team, earlier in the year we purchased a subscription that allowed two users. I have used my credentials for the first of those users but am trying now to set the second user up but cannot see how to do this. Are you please able to advise how I can do this?

I can not  activate my slido presentation, any thoughts

Louise DELAVENNE   Hello,When extracting the results of the latest polls conducted via videoconference (using Webex), we were unable to identify the voters; the system identified only three individuals—listing their IDs (matching the participant list exported from Webex), names, and email addresses. The others appear with encrypted IDs and are labeled "

My customer is trying to get some assistance with answering their Due Diligence Questionnaire.  The Slido service is new to them and is part of a Webex Suite agreement.Slido support is directing them to use the Cisco Trust packages – However these do not answer all questions clearly. As a regulated company, they need absolute clarity on how our data is handled. If you’re able to provide a contact of someone that could assist, I’d be extremely grateful.

Hi all,I’m experiencing a problem after an update on the Slido add-in. It asked for an update while I was using PowerPoint and since then it doesn’t show up as add-in icon on Home tab.I tried reinstalling, repairing, also with Slido for Admin but it doesn’t come up and even making changes in registry editor but still nothing. Only thing that I notice is when parameters in registry editor changes, add-in transfers from inactive to active add-ins and becomes active in list of add-ins in PowerPoint. Following, check box is checked when I try to enable Slido but unfortunately there is no luck.Is there any solution that I can try to manage it or I just have to wait for new Slido update?Thank you in advance

How do I integrate Slido with Finclass and the Finclube Community (CICLE)?Como integrar meu SLIDO, à minha FINCLASS e a COMUNIDADE FINCLUBE (CICLE)?

I’ve searched online, but the instructions don’t match the controls I currently see.I want my participants to view a quiz question before the timer starts. I can change the timer length, remove a timer and start/stop the entire quiz, but I can’t figure out how to display a question and THEN start the timer for answers.Thank you!

Hi, I have created a slido to use in powerpoint in training, also downloaded the slido for powerpoint part.  When using a sharepoint versoin of my powerpoint the slido pages are there, but when I download a copy to use off line some of the pages disappear - why is this?

We have not been able to get this feature to work with a PowerPoint presentation shared within Teams.  We have to use a QR / link to accommodate polls.

Hi,Our EA has purchased Slido and keeps on having the message “New update is ready’ , with the prompt to ‘Restart now’.   Its not stopping from the appp working in Power Point.  However I have installed it on my PC, and I have been able to replicate the problem.   Has this been reported by others? and what is the fix?

What might be the problem that I have no longer an option to export results from SLIDO, there is no Analytics tab or Export tab?

Hi team, Slido is not loading in PowerPoint currently. There is a blank space. Can you please help?

Can a slido initiator go to participant mode using a mobile phone? I notice there is an option to do this via the desktop vesion of Slido, but I cannot find this option on my mobile phone.

New to Slido, but just subscribed and on the first paid tier. I’ve installed the PowerPoint Add-In, but have immediately discovered a major issue that is likely to render it useless for 90% of my needs. The add-in does not recognise being online when I’m tethering the internet through my mobile/cellphone.The only way to get it to work is by connecting to a different wifi. Interested to know if anyone else has had this issue, and if they’ve managed to find a workaround.

I am trying to change my password so I can log on to Slido on a different computer. It is telling me “If you created your account with Google or SAML SSO, the option to change your password will not be available to you.” I cannot find a way to change this. Do I need to create a new Slido account and start over? The Slido account is on my personal Mac, I want to use it on a powerpoint on a work PC. Thank you

Hi guys, a co-host tried to embed her slido to ppt but she couldn’t proceed because she does not have the “settings” button on the left of her screen

Been using slido without problems for a few years. In the last week it keeps telling me I’m offline or logged out when I get to the slido slide in powerpoint presentation. I am neither offline or logged out. Definitely not offline as all other programmes are fine. I’ve tried logging out of slido and logging back in, then sometimes it works, sometimes not. I’ve uninstalled slido for powerpoint and reinstalled, so definitely on latest version.Last night whilst presenting a slidedeck, it looked fine before I started, but when I get to the question, it said on the participants phone that there was no active polls. I had to make do without slido for the presentation. This morning I have started a new slido from scratch (rather than duplicate) but it is still doing it. I have another session this evening and I need this to work or I’ll quickly have to set up a mentimeter.Any help gratefully recieved

Event QUIZ - How do I remove the 'Lock Voting' and ‘reveal answer’ in a Quiz. I want participants to complete this in their own time at an event.

Is it possible (or could it be) to randomly select a winner from all participants that chose the correct answer in a multiple choice interaction?

We have an environment where instructors build out their Powerpoint presentations including Slido questions and polls.  They then go to various classrooms which each have a pre-configured MacOS device using a generic account that is configured to auto-login.  Configuration is managed by Jamf.  When they launch Powerpoint, Slido prompts them to log in, which requires multiple steps as they must go through the Log in with Webex workflow.  This is problematic, especially if they are coming in after another session that went right up to the scheduled time, or even over the scheduled time. Is there a way to configure these devices to be logged into the Slido Add-in with a generic account that is either shared between all rooms or individual for each room? Is there a way to have this login happen programmatically, so that if the session cookie expires or any other timeout is reached, it can be logged back in either by recurring Jamf policy or a Self Service+ triggered policy?  We have alread

Hi, just wondering if I can have both email and name recorded for individual poll or survey? I am currently on a free account and can only see the option to record name. If a participant choose to be anonymous, is there any chance Slido assigns an ID for all users so I will be able to map the responses when exporting the results (with a paid account)?e.g. Participant A answers X for poll question #1, skips question #2 and answers X for question #3, even though the answers are kept anonymous, I can still see the responses that are provided by the same participant.  Thanks.

Are you able to change the default grey bars and correct-answer green in any of the Slido plans?

We have a poll as an interactive feature on our team internal website. We’d like to disable to Q&A feature when displaying this - as the Q&A is not something that would be actively monitored. How can we do this? Also - is it possible to disable access to the menu for participants? We’d like to avoid them going down a rabbit hole - when what we’d really like is for them to participate in a standing poll.

Hi,I have two organizations linked to my profile, one of which is outdated and I would like to have it removed. It is called Milena’s Organization. I am also experiencing an issue with the Zoom integration, which is currently pulling data from the old organization instead of the correct one.Could you please delete the old organization at your earliest convenience?Thank you very much, and have a lovely day.Best regards,Martina Ramsová

I wanted to recycle a previous Slido embedded in a Google Slide deck from one workshop to another. I already made the “Active” duration longer to encompass the date of the new workshop. But how do I clear the previous workshop’s results so it’s reset so-to-speak?
